Cookies n' Cream Protein Cheesecake

I made the most delicious cheesecake, would you believe me if I said it was low calorie, low fat and low carb??

Serves 8

Ingredients:

2 8oz tubs of fat free cream cheese (room temp!)
12oz fat free Greek yogurt
2 eggs
2 egg whites
2 scoops cookies n' cream whey protein
1/4 cup baking stevia
1 cookies n cream questbar
3 tbsp enjoy life chocolate chips

1.) Mix yogurt, cream cheese, eggs, egg whites, stevia and whey protein very well. An electric mixer or blender works best

2.) Pour into pie tin. Next chop up the questbar into cubes and scatter throughout the batter evenly. I pushed the pieces down with a knife so that there were submerged in the batter

3.) Bake at 250•F for 30 minutes and then 300•F for 45 minutes

4.) Once cheesecake is done, melt the chocolate chips and spread over the top. Enjoy!

Wink Frozen Desserts

Hey Fit Fam!

Jordan from Wink Frozen Desserts was kind enough to send me over some pints of their gluten free, dairy freeegg freesoy-freevegan-friendly frozen treats! Wink is sweetened with stevia, so no need to worry about loads of sugar either! At only 100 calories for the entire pint, these desserts are very figure friendly as well! There are currently five flavors- cake batter, choco mint, cinnamon bun, cocoa dough and iced latte.

I sampled each flavor last night and while I do love them all, I decided that my favorites are cake batter and cinnamon bun! So light and similar to sorbet!
