Guilt Free Brownies

Hey fit fam! I just made some guilt free brownies, so of course I will share the recipe! It's super easy and you can modify it in so many ways.



Ingredients:

-2 ripe bananas
-1/3 cup egg whites
-2 tbsp coconut flour
-a pinch of baking soda 
-4 tbsp cacao powder
-4 tbsp nut butter (you can use anything! I used Youfresh Naturals Cake Batter coconut butter!)

Feel free to add any other "mix ins"
I topped mine with some white chocolate chips cuz yummm!

Bake at 350 degrees in a small greased pan for 15-20 mins

Enjoy!!

Each brownie is approx 90 cals, 5g fat/ 9g carbs/ 3g protein/ 2g sugar
